Immediately demolish illegal constructions in Rayachoti, A.P. Transport Minister directs officials

State Transport Minister Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy on Saturday said that illegal constructions in Rayachoti town would be demolished and the anti-encroachment drive will be carried out without any political influence.

Addressing the general body meeting of the Rayachoti Municipality on Saturday, chaired by Municipal Chairman Fayaz Basha, Mr. Ramprasad Reddy said that there were not many illegal constructions in the town in the past but have emerged over time, and directed the District Collector to immediately remove illegal constructions.

He observed that as several people in Rayachoti depend on the real estate business for their livelihood, real estate businessmen should not be unjust to their stakeholders under any circumstances.

An action plan is being prepared to beautify the town via various development programmes, he said, adding that the sports grounds established in Pulivendula will be replicated in every district of the State and steps will be taken for the development of sports.
