Chhapra: The Isuapur police in Saran district seized a pickup van carrying 905 litres of India-made foreign liquor (IMFL) on Thursday night. “While the police were conducting a vehicle check at Sarawara Bazar, they spotted a white pickup van. On seeing the police, the van driver attempted to flee but was overpowered by the team. Upon inspecting the vehicle, the police recovered the prohibited consignment of IMFL,” Saran SP Kumar Ashish said. He added, “The arrested man, Bharat Singh Rawat, hails from Rajasthan’s Udaipur district.
