Mumbai Police have arrested Vijay Das, the prime suspect in the stabbing of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. Das, a 31-year-old waiter, was apprehended in Thane and has confessed to the crime. The attack occurred early Thursday morning at Khan’s Bandra residence, where he sustained multiple stab wounds, including a critical injury to his thoracic spine. Khan underwent emergency surgery at Lilavati Hospital and is currently in stable condition. A press briefing regarding the case is scheduled for 9 am at the DCP Zone IX office.
