As Israel refuses to comply with the truce deal involving Hezbollah, several Israeli citizens crossed the border into Lebanon illegally overnight. According to Times of Israel, some Israelis threw stones at the IDF who arrived on the scene to stop them from entering Lebanon illegally. Four people were arrested for illegally crossing the border. This came as the IDF pulled out of southern Lebanese villages but remained in five key positions. Under the truce deal, Israel was supposed to complete its withdrawal from the south by January 26, but the deadline was extended to February 18 after Israel refused to comply.
