Buxar: A worker Naresh Nonia (43) died while his wife, Mamta Devi, was injured in a road accident at Chaugai village under Murar police station area of Buxar district on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred when a tractor hit the couple near Chaugai Barka Pokhar, while they were returning home after working in a brick kiln at Basantpur. Local people rushed the couple to Chaugai community health centre, where the doctors declared Naresh dead. Murar, SHO, Aman Kumar, said police are making efforts to arrest the accused tractor driver, who fled after the accident.
