4 injured in clash in Patna

Patna: Four people were injured in a clash between two parties in Jamalpur village under Gaurichak police station in Patna district over land and electricity connection. Three people have been detained in this connection. One Ravi Kumar, a resident of Masaurhi, sustained a bullet injury to his thigh, while a bullet grazed one Shankar Rai’s neck. Two others, Manohar Rai and Urmila Devi, were also injured in stone pelting during the clash. All of them were admitted to a private hospital. According to police, one Harikishan Rai and his son Rajiv Ranjan had a dispute with Shankar, Manohar and their family members. Gaurichak police station SHO Arun Kumar said Rajiv is accused of firing.
