The United States made a big admission over a possible revival of the dreaded Islamic State in Syria amid the crisis. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken issued a warning to ISIS. He said, "the Islamic State will try to use this period to re-establish capabilities in Syria, but the United States is determined not to let that happen."
