A pickup truck plowed through a crowd in New Orleans’ French Quarter early on New Year’s Day, killing at least 15 people and injuring 30 others. President Joe Biden confirmed the attacker, inspired by ISIS, posted videos expressing intent to kill. An ISIS flag and possible explosives were found in the rented vehicle. Biden also revealed an investigation into a separate explosion involving a cyber truck outside the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, with authorities probing potential links to the New Orleans attack.
