Chhapra: In order to ease heavy rush at govt hospitals, Saran health department has decided to introduce a ‘queue management system’, under which tokens will be issued to the visitors. The patients or their attendants will have to wait for their turns till the token number is displayed, following which they can consult the doctors concerned.
Executive director of State Health Society, Suharsha Bhagat, has sent a letter in this regard to the Saran civil surgeon. The letter also has directives for technical improvement in the medical facilities given to the patients. According to the letter, a token number, along with the name of the doctor concerned, will be generated for the people visiting the outpatient department. The patients will have to wait for their turn in front of the chamber of the doctor concerned.
