The UK’s Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott punched a man who threw an egg at him, while on a visit to Rhyl, north Wales, in 2001.
Mr Prescott had been there to speak at a Labour rally while on the general election campaign trail. This clip was first broadcast on 16 May 2001
