Patna: The police busted an illegal mini gun factory in Patna’s Dhanarua police station area on Monday. Two people, Raju Yadav and Shashi Kumar, were arrested from the spot and a large quantity of arms and ammunition was seized. The police raided the factory, located in Singrampur village, after receiving a tip-off about the illegal activities. The arrested duo was involved in manufacturing mini guns and supplying them to various places. Masaurhi SDPO, Kanhaiya Singh, said, “The police launched an investigation to determine the extent of the illegal arms trade and the involvement of other people or organisations. The authorities are also trying to ascertain the source of the raw materials used in the manufacturing process.”
