Former IAS officer A.M. Raman passes away; Stalin pays tributes

Former IAS officer A.M. Raman, who served as the Secretary of former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, passed away. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin paid floral tributes at his residence. During his service, the IAS officer had served as the Secretary of late leader Karunanidhi during 1996-99.
